Old Coventrians are Promoted

Saturday, 19th April, 2008 : In the final league match of the season, Old Covents 1st XV had a convincing 44-0 victory over Ledbury at Tile Hill Lane this afternoon, snatching 2nd place in the league away from the opposition, and gaining promotion to Midlands West 3 South. Match report

Old Coventrians Under 17's - Midlands Champions 2008!

Congratulations to our junior colts team (under 17) on their 20-17 over Worcester.
They become the first Warwickshire Team ever to win the Midlands Under 17 Cup.
Sadly, with two or three key players missing they were just beaten by Tarleton (Lancs) in the National U17 Semi-final.

OC Coventry Colts - Warwickshire 7-a-Side Cup Winners

Congratulations to our colts squads on an excellent performance. Our A Team won all their matches to become the first OC's side to win the Winners Cup.
Congratulations also to the B Team who took the Runners Up Cup having beaten a strongly fancied Rugby Lions A team in the semi-final.
Finally well done to our 'All Star' C Team who lost all their matches but showed that even burly Props and Second Rows can still provide exciting and entertaining sevens opposition!
