Old Coventrians RFC, World Cup 2015 Ticket Applications

In common with other clubs OCRFC has been allocated a limited number of tickets for Rugby World Cup 2015 which may be purchased by members during the Rugby Community Priority Access Sale. In accordance with RWC 2015 guidelines OCRFC has defined a fair and transparent process to determine which members will be nominated to apply for these tickets.
This section of the web site supports the nomination process which will be communicated to all qualifying members so that they will have a chance to apply for tickets. Qualifying members are Senior Players, Vice Presidents and Junior Parents who have fully paid their membership subscription for this season prior to 1st March 2014. This includes Life Vice Presidents.

TIMELINE
By 8th April: OCRFC plans to have issued or made available full details of the nomination process and an application form to players, VPs and Junior Parents, unless they have opted out.
After midnight 27th April: no more application forms will be accepted.
By 10th May: OCRFC will have determined which members will be nominated to buy tickets and entered their details into the RWC system.
16th May: The sale opens and nominated members log into www.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com to buy tickets.
30th June: The sales window closes.
In 2015: the organisers deliver tickets directly to members.
